Glass replacement
A replacement windshield is warranted against manufacturing defects for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle. This warranty expires when the vehicle is sold. Tempered glass replacement is warranted against manufacturing defects for one 1 year.
Windshield repairs
Windshield repairs on the vehicle are guaranteed by us for the duration of ownership. If the damaged portion of the windshield cracks again in the same spot, we will credit the amount of the repair against the windshield replacement cost to the insurance company* ( depending on provincial legislation and your insurance coverage). In the event a new windshield replacement is necessary, the insured must pay the deductible portion of their comprehensive insurance.
The installation of any glass part is guaranteed against leaks for the duration of ownership, with the exception of leaking due to body deterioration. In addition, there shall be no guarantee where breakage or damage occurs due to vandalism, theft, acts of God, or self-inflicted damage. Should any defect occur within this period, we will supply and install all necessary parts free of charge.
Protect Plus™ Extended Warranty
All windshield replacements are eligible for our extended warranty Protect Plus™. With Protect Plus™, you get unlimited free windshield repairs for three years. Furthermore, when you claim your replacement on your insurance, Protect Plus™is free*.
