What hours are you open?
While hours vary according to location, appointments are available in most areas from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays. In case I have to pay some money after my job is completed, what payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards.

If I claim on my insurance will it impact my auto insurance premium?
We work very closely with auto insurance companies. Many factors can affect premium variations when a contract is up for renewal. We recommend speaking with your insurance agent and/or provider to confirm your specific coverage prior to your appointment.
What quality of glass do you use?
At Speedy Glass®, our exclusive glass products are of the highest quality, from certified Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), in accordance with various FMVSS or ANSI Z26.1. standards and approved by the Department of Transportation (DOT).

I have a Technician booked for a mobile service, how will he operate?
Our mobile service operates according to the time slots of your choice: mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and in the afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our technician usually calls prior to arrival. Inclement weather conditions may cause your appointment to be postponed. You may also call 1-844-375-4615 to work out the best solution for you.
The work has been completed on my vehicle and I would like to give feedback, what should I do?
