    Très accommodant avec service très courtois
    J’ai été capable d’avoir un rendez-vous à l’intérieur de 2h de mon appelle pour une réparation de pare-brise. Le tout a été complété dans les délais promis. Après avoir passer 30 minutes au téléphone avec la compagnie d’assurance et toujours sans autorisation pour le travail compléter, le préposé m’a laissé partir en me disant qu’il me communiquerait s’il rencontrait des problèmes. Il me faisait pleinement confiance!

    I called looking for pricing and availability of a window for a 1999 Dodge pickup the call was answered by an agent and they provided me with the information I requested and offered an appointment time within 2 days. We arrived late by 1/2 an hour due to a flat tire but the shop was very accommodating. The gentleman who greeted us was friendly and offered us wipers as well as arranged transportation to our appointment on the other side of town . Due to timing we would not be able to return before the shop closes but arrangements were made and honoured. The truck was ready at the time the man had told us and the work was second to none with not a trace of them ever being there! Thanks Speedy on Tranquille in Kamloops BC.
