Can I get in touch with Speedy Glass® if something’s not right with my advanced driver-assistance system?
You will have to contact your dealer in case your system isn’t working properly. We handle the recalibration of these systems solely after the replacement of a windshield.
What are the advanced driver-assistance system components that can be impacted during a windshield replacement?
Advanced driver-assistance systems and cameras are connected through the vehicle’s windshield. Data pertaining to traffic and road environment are captured by the cameras. It should be expected that a camera that has not been recalibrated after the replacement of a windshield can result in poor performance.
Speedy Glass® professionals are expertly trained to use today’s technology and patented tools. When a windshield that features a driver- assistance system is replaced, the camera is recalibrated and fitted onto the new windshield.1 The camera power is not turned off during a windshield replacement.
